Graduated from Bicol University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1990. After getting his professional Civil Engineering license, he worked for a few years with construction companies in the Philippines to gain more knowledge and experience. After retaining the best practices in the construction business he applied it when He started Momentum Construction & Development Corporation in 1994. He is an advocate of continuous learning and running a business does not stop him from gaining more knowledge and applying them to further enhance and develop his company.
